The DOCTOR BABOR REGENERATION Rebalancing Toner, a development based on the Rebalancing Liquid, hydrates the skin, soothes, and has a balancing effect on the pH value. Beta-glucan, capryloyl glycine, panthenol, and hyperfermented plant substances help strengthen the skin barrier for more resistant skin.
100% vegan and free of silicones, parabens, mineral oils, PEGs, microplastics, and other unnecessary ingredients, the Rebalancing Toner was developed and perfected by BABOR experts in the company’s laboratories in Aachen, Germany, based on BABOR’s ambitious “clean” formula policies. The fast-absorbing formula is also free of artificial color and fragrances, meaning it can be integrated into any existing care routine as a high performer for dry, sensitive skin in need of regeneration. Main active ingredients Beta-glucan is a naturally occurring polysaccharide capable of binding large amounts of moisture. It forms a moisturizing film that binds water in the skin, hydrating the skin and keeping it supple.
