Effect The Liquid Eyeliner is jet black and has a shiny, almost glossy finish. Extra fast drying texture. How To Use For a discreet eyelid line, apply the liquid eyeliner to the first lash of the upper lash line and gradually draw a line from the inside to the outside.
For a really dramatic look, start at the center of the eyelid and draw an additional line above the first. Allow this line to extend upward at the outer corner. Fill in the area between the two lines.
