2-3 days Metro Delivery Sydney
3-7 days Outside Metro
4-10 days VIC, WA, SAIf using Afterpay, parcel will not be sent out until funds have been received in our bank account.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Returns Policy
Please select items carefully as we do not offer change of mind returns.
Reaction refunds are permitted if conditions are met. See policy 'Skin Reactions'.2. Received the wrong item or damages good
Please email or call us within 2 days of receiving goods.. Incorrect goods must remain, unopened and sealed.
NOTE: Incorrect/damaged items will have to be sent back to the warehouse. BABOR will provide a Paid Return Label. Return must be actioned before replacements are sent out. 3. Canelling or Amending the order.
You cannot cancel but you can amend within 12 hours.

Skin Reactions

Should you experience a skin reaction to any using BABOR products, please discontinue use immediately and contact [email protected] within 7 days.To qualify for a return you must:

Provide photo evidence of the item and batch number
Provide photo evidence of the reaction with date timestamp

Once these details are confirmed, BABOR will provide a return label for the item to be sent back to us. When the item is returned, you will be issued a refund value of the item only.NOTE: We will not accept a return if the product has been used multiple times or is less than 95% full.Reaction cases will not be accepted after 10 days from date of delivery
